Amanda + The Danger Esemble needs accomodation!
I'd totally offer, but I live at home :)

From the mailing list

To our dear dear friends in Melbourne:
Fuck hotels.
Would you like to house some starving artists for ten days? December 5-15.
Let us know!
It's going to be me + 4 members of The Danger Ensemble and we will give you free merch and tickets to the Spiegeltent up the wazoo and turn your home into an art palace. Well, that's a lie. We'll mostly be just sleeping there.
We need relatively comfy accommodations for 5 bodies.
We don't mind sharing beds, but you'd need at least 3 beds.

Wireless and tea kettle a wicked plus. We like cats. We like dogs.

We're willing to get creative.
If you know of anybody leaving town, or with a space in general that can be made hospitable for 10 days, let us know. Even more amazing would be if the space is large enough to move around and rehearse and film in. We like getting jiggy and filming.

Where? Um. The nearer to the venue the better.
The tent is at: The Arts Centre Forecourt, 100 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne. Right downtown.
Walking distance would make us so happy, but if we need to drive to the gigs, we have a van.

Email Steven from The Danger Ensemble and he'll get back to you: tour@dangerensemble.com

Offer

Hey everyone!

I got my 'Amanda in the kitchen' DVD in the mail today from the songbook. Now I know some of you wouldn't of bought the songbook from any of the Aus shows... So I'm willing to burn copies and send them out to everyone who wants one!

But... there is a catch.. Since it costs money to send items through mail (and I'm pretty broke to tell you the truth) I'll only limit the copies to 5. So the first 5 people to comment will get a copy if they wish (providing they don't already own a copy).

I'm also recording the live in Sydney show tonight on Triple J. If any of yous are interested, I'll chuck that onto disk and send it with the DVD.

And a final note: I am not a freak... I will not hunt you down and stalk you if you give me your address. lol. Just e-mail me your addresses to dipuglia@bigpond.net.au.

(Rey I know I promised you I'll send you a copy so you don't have to be one of the 5 people ;-) )

Love Matt.
